Guided Tours
The fortress
On your tour of the medieval fortress, you’ll discover the different stages in the construction of this building over the centuries. It is the ideal tour for those visiting the Château de Clisson for the first time.
Every day (except Tuesday) / 11:00 am and 2:30 pm
Unique family-friendly tour
A tour for the whole family, where you will learn about the history and the military architecture of this impregnable fortress. Travel back in time to the Middle Ages and explore the life of the castle from the 11th to the 15th centuries!

Cooperative game for the whole family
Rebuild the castle
The castle was destroyed by the enemies of the Lord of Clisson! Will you be able to rebuild it before the next demolition? A team-based game where children and parents cooperate to restore the fortress to its former glory.
A cooperative game to explore the trades, tools and materials used in the construction of a 13th century castle.
Draw builder cards to rebuild the different parts of a Playmobil castle. But be careful not to draw enemy cards!
- For ages 4 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Jeanne the Pirate Treasure Hunt
After the death of her husband, Jeanne de Belleville, Lady of Clisson, decided to wage a private war against the King of France. Follow her path, solve the riddles and discover the treasure hidden in the castle.
- For ages 7 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
